What we have:

At Viet Huong, flavours for coffee products are our specialty and one of our best-selling products.

We provide both liquid and powdered flavours for any kinds of coffee products, such as roasted and ground coffee, instant coffee including 100% coffee, 2-in-1 coffee and 3-in-1 coffee, and other Ready-to-drink coffee, etc.

Some Applications:

Roasted and ground coffee

Ground coffee is very popular as it is very accessible. Made from whole coffee beans, ground coffee is then grounded, packed, and marketed. Coffee grounds, by comparison, have a much higher capacity for pleasant acidity, a wider range of bodies, and more flavor compounds to be extracted.

Whole bean coffee

Whole bean coffee is marketed whole and the responsibility of grinding the beans is left on the buyer. Commonly, whole beans are grounded just a few moments before brewing so the taste of the coffee is more complex, and fresher compared to ground coffee.

Instant coffee

Instant coffee is the dried soluble portion of roasted coffee, which can be presented to the consumer in either powder or granule form for immediate make-up in hot water, whilst the insoluble parts, or spent coffee grounds, are left behind at the factory, for the manufacturer to dispose of. - Instant coffee 2 in 1: packets contain a blend of instant coffee and sugar. - Instant coffee 3 in 1: packets- contain a blend of instant coffee, sugar, and creamer

Capsules coffee

Coffee capsules are the plastic containers with an aluminum foil seal, with ground coffee contained inside. The capsule is either part of an open or closed system; open systems allow for a broader range of product to be use in the machine, because there are many manufacturers whose capsules are compatible with that machine.

Drip bag coffee

Drip bag coffee (or Drip filter coffee) is the coffee making equivalent of the teabag: a pre-portioned serving of coffee wrapped in paper filter, ready to be infused with water.

Ready-to-drink coffee

Ready-to-drink coffee means coffee in a can or bottle ready to drink without any preparation. It is mainly sold from vending machines and at convenience stores. It is also a product packed in a chilled cup or a PET bottle (Polyethylene terephthalate bottle).

Cold Brew Coffee

Cold Brew Coffee is made by brewing ground coffee in cold or room temperature water for 12 to 24 hours and results in a mellower, less acidic tasting coffee.

Discover about coffee

The word ‘coffee’ comes from the Arabic word ‘qahwah’ which refers to a type of wine.

The word “Espresso” comes from Italian and means “expressed” or “forced out”. Espresso is made by forcing very hot water under high pressure through finely ground, compacted coffee.

There are two main categories of coffee: Robusta and Arabica. Robusta coffee has a more acidic and harsher flavor with a higher level of caffeine. Arabica is known for its delicate flavor and lower acidity.

INDULGENCE
Indulgence remains a priority for many consumers, especially considering the restrictions that have been in place throughout 2020, which has seen many consumers seeking convenience and indulgence while staying at home.
